1. 钙钛矿氧化物薄膜材料的生长与集成; 2. 氧化物基有机自旋电子学器件的研究。

主要从事稀土基有机自旋电子学器件、强关联电子体系界面量子态调控工作。已在JACS、ACS Nano等国际知名学术期刊上发表SCI论文14篇。
